So I'm afraid the best we can do in this situation is provide you with a replacement puzzle.
We do our best to ensure that the same puzzle is sent you, however sometimes if that particular puzzle is discontinued and no longer available we will offer you the chance to choose an alternative.

If you do not wish to keep the original puzzle that has missing pieces, then please donate this to a local charity shop (ensuring that you mention there are pieces mising) or dispopse of it via your local recyling center.
