If you have purchased a puzzle from Jigsaw Gallery and discovered that your jigsaw puzzle is missing pieces we will do our best to help.

If you DID NOT purchase your puzzle from Jigsaw Gallery, then please PLEASE RETURN IT TO THE SHOP where you purchased it or CONTACT the manufacturer using our list below.

Please note that we will NOT replace any puzzles that have not been purchased via Jigsaw Gallery, however we will do our best to point you in the right direction.

Missing Pieces (additional info)

Please note that in many cases most manufacturers are unable to supply a particular missing piece. Most manufacturers will only send out a replacement puzzle.

This is due to the fact that most puzzles are produced on different cutting machines and therefore it is very rare that two puzzles are exactly the same. However we have recently been informed of a new company that can replace any missing piece for you. They are called the JIGSAW DOCTOR and you will find more information about them further down the page.
