At Jigsaw Gallery we love to reward our customers every time you shop with us.

We don't just give you a discount on an order, with our loyalty points system, you get 1 point for every £5.99 you spend on items from our website. Please note that this does not include any shipping costs.

As soon as you reach 20 Loyalty Points you can swap them for a FREE puzzle from our Loyalty Puzzle selection or you can even choose a £10 Loyalty Gift Voucher, just add the voucher to your order now and once your order has been confirmed by our sales team, you will receive an email to confirm that the voucher has been accepted and it will be applied to your account and will automatically be deducted from your next order at the checkout stage.

Please note: Loyalty Puzzles will be dispatched with your current order, however vouchers for discounts have to be confirmed and are added to your account for your NEXT order, not the current order.

The loyalty points do not have an expiry date, so even if you only shop with us twice a year, each time you come back your points will still be there for you to use. Likewise there is no limit to how many times you use your points. If you place orders over £100 every week you will still be able to use the points against your next order. You don't have to use the points when you reach a certain level either, so if you want to store all your points up over the year and use them in one go at Christmas for example then that's fine too.

So you don't need to spend £120 on one order to get £10 off your next order, you can spend £50 one month, £35 the next time,£20 after that and £15 after that and still get your discount or a FREE puzzle.

You must be logged into your account to use your points, if you see a loyalty puzzle you want and the buy now button shows as LOCKED, it just means that either you have not logged in or you don't have enought points yet to purchase that item.

Unfotunatly we cannot send out a FREE loyalty puzzle on it's own, so you do need to order something else with it, please make sure that there are other items in your basket before trying to add a loyalty puzzle to your basket as sometimes this may appear as "not available"

Please note you must have a Jigsaw Gallery account to earn points, you can earn loyalty points via telephone orders but you must supply us with an email address for us to log your points to.

We believe that this is the best way to reward all our customers for shopping with us. We also offer opportunities during the course of the year where you can earn extra points for buying certain items or placing orders over a certain value, so make sure you look out for our regular promotions to take advantage.
