How to Place an Order on Jigsaw Gallery

We have made ordering with the Jigsaw Gallery even easier than before. Just follow our simple guide below.

There are 4 stages to placing an order

Selecting your products
Checking your Basket
Entering your Shipping Details
Entering Your Payment Details

If you have already logged in using your username (e-mail address) and password, then your shipping details will appear automatically to save you time. If you want the goods delivered to a different address please re enter the new information here.

If you have not logged in yet, use the Login Panel under the basket details to log in to your account, and your shipping details will also appear. Please check that these are correct. If you would like your order to be shipped to a different address then please use the relevant boxes on the form to enter this information. You now need to select your preferred shipping method from the options available and also add any additional information that may be applicable.

Once you have completed this you will see a total value on the page. This is the maximum amount you will pay providing all your products are in stock at the time of order.

Now press PLACE ORDER to proceed to our secure server.

You will now be on our secure payment pages. Our secure transactions are verified by Thwarte and or Protx to guarantee you 100% security. For more information please read our secure statement.

Please select your payment method and complete the form in FULL. Once completed click PROCEED and your order will be sent to our processing department.

Within about 4 hours, you will receive a confirmation e-mail and a tracking number. Please retain these for any correspondence regarding this order.

Although we do our best to ensure that all products on our website are in stock, there may be occasions where this is not possible and in these instances we will contact you to let you know of any delayed delivery times.

After completing the above steps, your order has been placed and you can check its status by viewing the Order Tracking page.

You may make changes to your order while it is in either "pending" or "confirmed" status by emailing Graham and quoting your tracking number.

However, once the order has reached "In Progress" stage it is now being packed in our wharehouse and cannot be altered.
