If you have placed an order on the website and want to know what stage of development it is in, you can do so by checking the order tracking page. This will tell you what stage your order is on at the moment.

Once the order has been dispatched it will take approximately 3-7 working days to be delivered if going by Royal Mail. We have discovered that some areas of the UK take longer than others with the postal service so please allow at least 7 days before contacting me.
All other orders are delivered via Parcelforce. These orders will show a Parcelforce Tracking number, which you can click on to give you details of where your order currently is. You can also review our Delivery Times page to give you an indication of how long the order will take to reach your country.

Despite all our best intentions we do realise that some orders do not appear on time or go missing. In this instance please complete the form below and I will chase the order up for you.
