At Jigsaw Gallery we think one of the most important

The Survey Results
The latest results from our Survey regarding
the new site are now available and we would like to thank
everyone who has taken and continues to take part in our surveys.
Your opinions do count and we do
take notice.
1. 94% of you found
the site easy to use. Of the 6% who gave reasons
for having difficulty we have addressed a number of problems.
a) The speed of the site has now been greatly improved.
b) Search Facilities improved and now a quick search box added to the top of the page.Search results page also improved to fit in more with the site.
c) Login section made more user friendly and problems with
logging in from checkout page now fixed.
d) Long "scrolling" problems on menu temporarily fixed with another upgrade coming soon.
e) Checkout pages improved and option to choose different
billing and shipping addresses added.
f) Stock updates now happen hourly and feed directly from our branches, so you know that the number of items shown in stock is a real time reflection.
2. 89% thought the site was a big improvement on the previous version, of the remaining 11%, half of those came from people new to the site, while the rest picked up on small bits that we had missed by mistake and have now been completed.
3. 98% of people said they wouldn't change anything on the site and loved it as it is!
4.Once again our Customer service
rating was very high, with 73% recording it as Excellent
to Very Good , 25% were satisified
or had not really used the customer service, leaving us 2%
of you quoting us below average or poor. Although we would
love to show 100% success here, we do understand that is not
always possible, and at times we do make mistakes. We always
do our best to rectify any problems encountered by our customers,
however it is not always possible to save the situation.
6. 98% of you would recommend us to friends....so
many thanks for that.
7. Without doubt, it is product range
that keeps you coming back. 76% of you voted
for our products, while Price, 12% and Customer Service 9%
also scored. With this in mind we are always adding new manufacturers
and listening to your comments on current ones. We will continue
to broaden our range to give you even more choice as time
goes on.
8. Most people now seem more aware of the regular
competitions we run, after record entries for the Wasgij Competition,
now 76% of you know about the competitions. So don't forget
you can also win £5
Every Week on this site.
9. It was also nice to see that a large number
of you make use of our other sites. The
Swap Shop is proving highly popular for second
hand puzzles and the Online
games are scoring highly as well. It is also
good to see people chatting away with others on the Message
Board.
Finally, the big question was about whether
the menu should be on the right hand side of the screen or
the left. After many surveys seemed to suggest you preferred
the right hand side, this has evened out considerably now,
and with so many new products and categories being added,
we have decided to satisfy you both by balancing the site
up now.
We hope this will make it even easier for you
to navigate around the site. |

Hi Graham - "Mr Jig" (is there a Mr Saw?)
I'm glad to be able to tell you that your prediction was bang on and the Beano jigsaw arrived safely today - Tuesday - as you said it would (phew! says you). So a happy outcome. I was just a bit concerned when one arrived so quickly and the other seemed to disappear into thin air. I suppose with the volume of stuff at this time of year there is a higher risk of snags.
So thanks very much for tracking it down so quickly and your excellent service in general at the Jigsaw Gallery. I'm so impressed I think I'll use this option a bit more often, instead of trawling Hobby shops and Toy shops looking for particular jigsaws! Your website is an entertainment itself, as I love scrolling through all the lovely pictures of the latest choices on offer.

I did some VERY last minute Christmas shopping at your website, as jigsawgallery.com was the only place I could find both of the puzzles I was looking for, at the same site.(in what seemed like an endless search)
I placed the order on Christmas eve, so I expected the gifts to be late(shipped to the U.S.) I received a package within 1 week and found only 1 of 2 puzzles enclosed. I notefied you, expecting to be passed off, and was so very wrong. Your prompt responses to my e-mails were appreciated, to say the least.
On 29 January, 2004, I received the second puzzle in the order, which was the M.C. Escher mini-jigsaw entitled "Bond of Unions".
As it was late and sort-of forgotten about, it made a nice surprise after-Christmas gift to my girlfriend. It was the perfect gift to someone that collects all things "miniature". She loved it!!!
So I Thank you my friend for helping me and mine have a very memorable holiday.

| I am writing with regard to the Jigsaw Gallery and the Forum/Chat
Room attached to it.
Firstly, I would like to say that any contact I have had with
your organization has been courteous and helpful. This has never
seemed to be part of a sales ploy but rather to be totally genuine.
The Forum and Chat Room have provided a good service for us
customers in allowing us to meet with like-minded people. I realize
that it must also feed into your business and feel that it does
this. For myself, it has encouraged me to buy things from the
Jigsaw Gallery rather than looking elsewhere. My daughters also,
through my recommendation, have bought things from your site
although it has to be said that most of the puzzles they have
bought have been for me!
The competition that was run recently has been very enjoyable
for all. Again from personal experience, looking for the answers
to questions has meant browsing through your jigsaw stock where
I have seen puzzles that I liked that I would not have considered
looking at previously. My wish list has grown significantly and
I am aware that it will soon be time to think about the new Christmas
puzzles as well! Graham obviously puts in a lot of work generally
with the site but put in a phenomenal amount of work for the
competition. I am sure you realize that he is an asset to your
organization!
